Navigating Change & Self-Transformation
Helping to bridge the gap between the heart and mind
No one is ever broken, only sometimes stuck.
When trauma goes unprocessed for an extended period, it can leave us feeling reactive, isolated, and trapped in unhealthy patterns such as controlling behaviors, people-pleasing, manipulation, and codependence. As daily life stressors accumulate, it becomes almost impossible to manage everyday emotions.
This buildup can lead to outbursts of yelling, arguments, and hurtful words towards loved ones and ourselves. Mornings become harder to face, and nights become restless with overactive minds. We find ourselves stuck in the past, replaying events and wishing we had acted differently or said something else.
You're not broken, you're unfolding.
Our bodies register deep sensations of pain and fear, further reinforcing this cycle of feeling stuck. This is what it feels like to be trapped in unresolved trauma. But you don’t have to keep going on like this.
If you’re ready to stop living in survival and feeling stuck, our job is simple: connect back to self and love. Through a combination of somatic and mindset practices, I will help you embark on a healing journey that is uniquely yours, understand your roots, and consciously take steps toward letting go and healing from the past. This process leads to building a strong and resilient future—a narrative no longer dictated by past trauma or stress, but characterized by peace, love, and joy in the present moment.

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is a brief therapy approach that combines techniques like eye movements and visualization to address anxiety in adults. During life transitions, ART helps by targeting negative emotional responses linked to past experiences that might be fueling current anxieties. By replacing these negative associations with positive ones, ART aims to rewire how the brain processes these anxieties, leading to reduced emotional distress and a better ability to manage them during life's changes.

As someone certified in Somatic Breathwork through Soma+IQ™, I emphasize the mind-body connection, believing that unprocessed emotions and past experiences can manifest as physical tension or discomfort. By focusing on bodily sensations and utilizing techniques like breathwork and movement, this therapy aims to increase awareness of these stored emotions and facilitate their release. This approach can be particularly helpful for individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, or even chronic pain, as it addresses both the mental and physical aspects of their struggles.
